We recommend buy in's for those of you who
- have specific colour and quantity needs
or
- who wish to purchase a bulk allotment of one particular product
We are always looking for new things to bring to you all, and we welcome ALL requests for products you are searching for but may not be using in volume just yet. Power in numbers guys - we will rally the troops and increase our buying power and pass that opportunity on to you.
We will happily work with our suppliers to find the best possible pricing available, and will open a buy-in to invite other fellow crafters to join in on the buy.
The way our Buy-in's work:
1) GCCB finds amazing product/customer requests amazing product that we think more people could benefit from too.
2) GCCB does ALL the research with suppliers re: cost, quality, sizes, colours, shipping, import taxes, exchange rates etc.
2) If product is considered viable, GCCB will open a buy-in and place a link on the website for orders with all relevant details re: pricing, approx shipping times, turnaround times etc. Facebook will also be updated with a "buy in opportunity" post.
2) If you are interested in the products listed, please place your order ASAP as you normally would, per the listings available online.
3) Once we reach the Minimum Order QTY (MOQ) for the relevant product, GC Craft Blanks will place the wholesale order with the supplier and you will be notified that the order has been placed.
4) Once the order arrives at HQ, GCCB will unpack, check stock, allocate to your pre-orders and ship out to you within 4-5 business days!
***Some things to note:
-You will be paying for your order in advance and if the buy-in does not reach its MOQ you will be refunded in full.
- Buy-In's are not a fast turn around process. It may take up to 8 weeks for you to receive your products - we base this on approx 2 weeks for buy-in orders, 3-4 weeks for shipping from supplier to our door, 4-5 days (at most) for us to turn around to you, and a further week-ish to get to your doorstep via Australia Post. Sometimes this process may be shorter, and other times it may be longer. We are only in control of a small part of the product's journey to your door, so we will do our best to keep things speedy!
